This gel clearly improves the conductivity between electrodes and the skin. Therefore, it is advisable particularly for zapping with Zappers by Beck and Clark. By application of the gel the high resistance decreases between skin and electrode, a higher current is the consequence; it is an alternative to salted water soaked cloths which can dry up the skin. Besides, the oxide education decreases by this gel in the electrodes, because this is promoted by the use of salt.

For TENS treatment this gel is not necessary!
